Unlike your Life Path, Expression, or Soul Urge numbers, which are fixed from birth, your Personal Year shifts at the start of every calendar year. It is calculated by combining your birth month and day with the digits of the current year.
The result is a single digit from 1 to 9. Together, these nine years form a complete cycle. A Personal Year 1 always marks a beginning; Personal Year 9 always marks a completion. Understanding where you are in the cycle helps you use each year's energy intentionally rather than fighting against it.
